  1. 1 scoop protein powder
  2. a few spears of fresh pineapple
  3. 1/2 can coconut milk
  4. 1 banana
  5. about 1/2 can almond milk- maybe a little more
  6. handful of ice
  7. blend (I like it really smooth)
  8. Liquid sunshine!!!!!!!
